Job Description

We are seeking highly analytical and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote AI Model Testers, focusing specifically on logic and reasoning capabilities. In this crucial role, you will evaluate the performance of our cutting-edge AI models by crafting diverse test cases, identifying logical inconsistencies, and meticulously documenting unexpected behaviors. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for problem-solving, critical thinking, and a keen eye for detail, even without prior AI experience. You will play a vital part in ensuring our AI systems are robust, reliable, and capable of complex reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases to evaluate AI model's logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Identify, document, and categorize logical flaws, biases, or unexpected outputs from AI models.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback to AI engineers and researchers on model performance and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with a remote team to develop new testing methodologies and improve existing processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI model advancements and potential reasoning challenges.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of AI model testing frameworks.
