Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the PR team with daily media monitoring and analysis, identifying relevant news and trends.
- Draft press releases, media alerts, pitches, and other communication materials.
- Support in building and maintaining media lists, cultivating relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Conduct research on industry trends, client competitors, and media landscapes.
- Help organize and coordinate press events, product launches, and media briefings.
- Contribute to content creation for various platforms, including social media and company blogs.
- Prepare client reports and presentations, tracking campaign performance and results.
- Provide administrative support to the PR team as needed.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings, offering fresh perspectives.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in a PR agency or in-house communications department (voluntary or paid).
- Familiarity with PR measurement tools and media databases (e.g., Cision, Gorkana).
- Active presence and understanding of social media platforms.
