Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their devices, guiding them through the warranty process, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support for warranty-related inquiries via phone and chat.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and guide them through troubleshooting steps.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, solutions, and next steps in our system.
  • Educate customers on warranty terms, coverage details, and product features.
  • Process warranty claims, replacements, and service requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on service policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

Required Skills
