Job Description
Randstad Canada is seeking a diligent and accurate Work From Home Typing Clerk to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking independent work with the convenience of a remote setup and consistent weekly pay. As a Typing Clerk, you will be responsible for transcribing, inputting, and verifying data with a high degree of precision. Your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively will be key to your success in this role. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe dictated audio files, handwritten notes, or scanned documents into digital formats.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases, spreadsheets, and various information systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, ensuring high data quality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records in an efficient and accessible manner.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding task progress, challenges, and deadlines.
- Adhere to company guidelines and standards for formatting, style, and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
