Job Description
Join the CarStar Hamilton East team as a Mobile Detailing Offsider, specializing in exterior hand-wash. This role is perfect for an energetic and detail-oriented individual passionate about making vehicles shine. You will support our lead detailers in delivering exceptional mobile detailing services directly to our clients, ensuring every car receives a meticulous hand-wash and exterior treatment. This is a dynamic role requiring physical stamina and a keen eye for perfection.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead detailer with all aspects of exterior hand-washing and detailing services.
- Perform thorough hand-washing, rinsing, and drying of vehicles.
- Apply wax, sealants, and other protective coatings.
- Clean and polish wheels, tires, and exterior trim.
- Maintain detailing equipment and ensure supplies are always stocked.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Travel with the mobile detailing unit to various client locations within Hamilton and surrounding areas.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning products and techniques (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or a similar hands-on role is a plus.
- Familiarity with various detailing tools and products.
- Valid G Driver's License and a clean driving record (for potential advancement opportunities, not strictly required for Offsider role).
