Job Description

In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in developing and refining the brand voice for various Netflix initiatives, translating complex ideas into engaging, clear, and impactful written content across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling and on-brand copy for a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, and internal communications.
- Collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, and content strategists to ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all touchpoints.
- Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for innovative storytelling.
- Edit and proofread all written materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to Netflix brand guidelines and style.
- Develop and maintain brand style guides and glossaries to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and content ideas, bringing a fresh perspective and creative solutions.
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Analyze the performance of content and iterate based on data and feedback to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proven ability to craft engaging narratives and adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
- Deep understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Demonstrable passion for media, entertainment, and the Netflix brand.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and collaborative online tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a 100% remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
