Job Description

This is an entry-level, 100% remote position designed for those with foundational technical skills and a strong desire to learn. You will be instrumental in providing first-line technical support to our Azure customers, helping them resolve issues and maximize their cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for Microsoft Azure services via various channels (chat, email, phone).
- Diagnose and resolve common cloud-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with basic configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices for Azure services.
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of Azure products and support methodologies.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
