Job Description
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in recruitment? TEKsystems is seeking a Junior Microsoft Recruiting Resourcer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for our Microsoft-focused clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to learn the intricacies of IT recruitment, develop strong sourcing skills, and contribute to the success of a leading global staffing firm. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks, etc.) to identify potential candidates for Microsoft technology-focused roles.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email, phone, and professional messaging platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters and Account Managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and managing the candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sourcing strategies and techniques.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- High level of motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about the IT industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (internship or volunteer) in a research, administrative, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology, particularly related to Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, .NET, Dynamics 365).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
