Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior UPS Coordinator to join our logistics team in Santa Rosa, CA. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start their career in logistics within a fast-paced, startup environment. You will be instrumental in managing our outbound and inbound UPS shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track all incoming and outgoing UPS shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
- Prepare shipping labels, customs forms, and other necessary paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
- Communicate effectively with carriers to schedule pickups, resolve delivery issues, and obtain tracking updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities, including tracking numbers, costs, and delivery statuses.
- Monitor inventory levels for shipping supplies and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, sales, customer service) to ensure smooth logistical operations.
- Assist in optimizing shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to company policy.
- Provide support for other logistics and administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain operations.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
