Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient E-commerce Returns Processor to join our bustling warehouse team in Campinas. This is a crucial sit-down role responsible for inspecting, sorting, and processing returned e-commerce merchandise. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced yet comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and systematically log all incoming returned products into our inventory management system.
- Perform detailed inspections of returned items for damage, defects, and completeness, adhering strictly to company guidelines.
- Accurately sort and categorize merchandise for restocking, repair, recycling, or disposal.
- Update inventory systems with precise return information and processing statuses.
- Generate return labels and facilitate the processing of refunds and exchanges as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and operational policies.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating internal software.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce environment.
