Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, helping us deliver smiles to customers every day by ensuring packages are sorted, scanned, and loaded efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and place products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after receiving proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld devices and computer systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prior experience in a physical, goal-oriented environment (e.g., retail, food service).
- Basic computer literacy.
