Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and place products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after receiving proper training and certification.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Scan and track inventory using handheld devices and computer systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
  • Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Prior experience in a physical, goal-oriented environment (e.g., retail, food service).
  • Basic computer literacy.
