Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Video Game Data Entry Specialist with a specific focus on level and character data. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our game development databases. Your primary responsibility will be to precisely input, update, and manage detailed information related to game levels, character attributes, animations, dialogues, and other critical game assets. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for video games, and the ability to maintain consistent data standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update detailed game data, including level layouts, mission objectives, character statistics, abilities, and visual descriptors.
  • Verify data consistency across multiple databases and platforms.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in existing game data.
  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and quality assurance teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets and associated metadata.
  • Adhere to established data entry protocols and quality standards.
  • Assist in compiling reports on data entry progress and status.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes.

Required Skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using database management tools and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
