Job Description

Accenture is seeking a Google Analytics Support Junior to join our growing team in Rotherham. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience with Google Analytics is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal teams with their Google Analytics needs, helping them understand and leverage data to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support to clients and internal stakeholders regarding Google Analytics queries and issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Google Analytics properties and views.
  • Troubleshoot common Google Analytics tracking and reporting discrepancies.
  • Generate basic reports and dashboards, extracting key insights for various business needs.
  • Document support procedures, common issues, and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and development teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to deepen your expertise in Google Analytics and related digital marketing tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and client satisfaction.
