Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Table & Chart Data Entry – Excel Specialist to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, which underpins our analytical insights and client reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and verifying data in Microsoft Excel, as well as creating clear and insightful tables and charts. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter various types of data into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring high data integrity and consistency.
- Organize and maintain complex datasets, performing regular clean-up and validation processes.
- Create and update professional tables, charts, and graphs to visualize data trends and insights for reporting.
- Perform basic data analysis, identify discrepancies, and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Adhere strictly to data security and confidentiality protocols, protecting sensitive information.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations based on analyzed data.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and charting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
