Job Description

Graduate Annapolis is seeking enthusiastic and responsible students to join our team as Part-Time Valet Parkers. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry, interact with a diverse clientele, and handle a range of luxury vehicles. As a Student Valet Parker, you will be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a positive impression. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess excellent driving skills, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service during weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, opening doors and offering assistance.
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
  • Accurately record vehicle information and key locations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet station and driveway.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions as needed.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  • Assist with guest luggage or other requests as part of a seamless service experience.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel front desk and other departments.

Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Punctual and reliable, especially for weekend shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in valet parking or a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with the Annapolis area and local attractions.
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Ability to drive a variety of vehicle types, including luxury models.
