- Stay current with emerging Apple technologies, DevOps trends, and cloud services, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed to support critical systems.
Required Skills

- Proficiency with Apple MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf Pro, Munki, Kandji) for device management and software deployment.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Swift, or Shell for automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for Apple environments.
- Solid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience integrating Apple services with cloud resources.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and troubleshooting in Apple environments.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain automation solutions from concept to production.
Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
- Experience with declarative device management and Apple's platform SSO.

- Experience managing large-scale Apple deployments (thousands of devices).
- Knowledge of Swift development for automation or internal tooling.
