Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Buffet Host to join our esteemed hospitality team in Vaughan, Ontario. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the spa buffet area, ensuring all food and beverage items are replenished regularly.
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the buffet, dining, and preparation areas throughout the day.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with spa and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage inventory of buffet supplies and report needs to the appropriate department.
