Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Financial Bot Validator to join our secure banking environment. In this critical role, you will be responsible for rigorously testing and validating the functionality, security, and compliance of our automated financial bots and AI systems. Your work will ensure that our digital solutions operate flawlessly, adhere to strict regulatory standards, and maintain the highest level of security for our customers’ data and transactions. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of banking processes, and a commitment to upholding the integrity of our financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive validation and testing of financial bots and automated processes to identify bugs, errors, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Verify that automated systems comply with internal policies, external banking regulations (e.g., FDIC, OCC), and industry best practices.
  • Document test results, defects, and validation findings accurately and provide clear, concise reports to development and compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and compliance officers, to ensure robust and secure bot deployments.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for identified issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes and testing methodologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest financial technology, AI advancements, and cybersecurity trends in the banking sector.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of financial services operations, products, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or validation, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks or tools.
  • Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning concepts and their application in financial services.
  • Certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) or Cybersecurity are a plus.
