You will be responsible for meticulously cleaning solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops, ensuring optimal energy production for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Safely access and navigate rooftops to reach solar panel installations.
- Perform thorough cleaning of solar panels using specialized equipment and squeegee techniques.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, including harness and fall protection procedures.
- Maintain and care for cleaning tools and equipment.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete cleaning projects on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding job progress and any potential issues.
- Represent Sunrun professionally and courteously to customers.
Required Skills
- Ability to work comfortably and safely at heights on various roof types.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures or willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning, window washing, or roof work.
- Familiarity with solar panel systems (not required, but a plus).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
