Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shopify Specialist to join our remote team as an Admin Partner. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our e-commerce operations on the Shopify platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and technical tasks, ensuring smooth functionality of our online stores, product listings, and customer experience. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a leading brand from anywhere in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across Shopify stores.
- Implement and test new features, apps, and themes on the Shopify platform.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any e-commerce related issues.
- Assist with inventory management and synchronization between Shopify and other systems.
- Support marketing campaigns by preparing product collections and landing pages.
- Generate reports on e-commerce performance metrics and provide insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with Shopify best practices, trends, and new functionalities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Shopify platform administration and management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and online retail operations.
- Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS for minor front-end adjustments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with Shopify Plus and its advanced features.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and integrations.
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
