Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a private individual within a distinguished household in Huntsville, AL. This unique opportunity includes all meals and board provided, making it an ideal role for a dedicated professional looking for a stable and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Oversee household logistics, including coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist with personal shopping, errands, and gift procurement.
- Organize and maintain personal records, documents, and digital files with strict confidentiality.
