Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join our vibrant marketing team in Leeds. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our brand, driving market share, and ensuring our brand messaging resonates deeply with our diverse customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, managing product lifecycles, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the retail landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in brand growth and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic brand plans to achieve market share and revenue growth targets.
- Oversee the entire brand lifecycle, from concept development and launch to ongoing management and optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brand professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and communication teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor and report on brand performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Demonstrable success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive significant growth.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and budget oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
