Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Retail Review Classifier with a strong focus on brand protection to join our team in Norwich. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the authenticity and compliance of product reviews on Amazon’s platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to classify a high volume of retail reviews, identifying and escalating content that violates our policies or poses a threat to brand integrity. This position requires keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a trustworthy shopping experience for millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately classify retail product reviews based on established guidelines and criteria.
  • Identify and flag content that violates Amazon's community guidelines, terms of service, or brand protection policies.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of review patterns and potential fraudulent activities.
  • Collaborate with brand protection and policy teams to ensure consistent application of guidelines.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback on classification guidelines and tools for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to training materials and best practices for review classification.
