Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly to ensure a great customer experience.
- Prepare and present menu items according to Nando's standards (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and kitchen.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
