Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with table setup and clearing, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
- Support servers by refilling drinks, delivering bread, and running food orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant floor, including wiping down surfaces and sweeping.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks, such as washing and cutting vegetables, as needed.
- Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and properly stocked.
- Handle dishwashing duties efficiently and maintain a tidy wash-up area.
- Support inventory management by helping to stock supplies and report low stock levels.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
