Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to join our dynamic team in Sacramento. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations using advanced features of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and managing correspondence efficiently.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events, including room setup, catering, and material preparation.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills
