Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Direct Hire Fruit Pickers to join our team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for immediate work with excellent hourly rates, directly employed by us – no agency fees or intermediaries. You will be instrumental in harvesting a variety of fresh fruits, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care are met from field to market. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick a variety of soft fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) according to quality standards.
- Sort and pack fruit into appropriate containers, ensuring minimal damage.
- Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily picking targets.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines on the farm.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and fellow pickers.
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and outdoor working environments.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
