Job Description

As an Apple Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking support for their Apple products. This entry-level position requires a passion for helping people, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn about Apple’s ecosystem. You will assist customers with check-ins, perform initial diagnostics, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth service experience. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and plays a vital part in our service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers and guide them through the service process.
  • Perform initial triage and basic diagnostic checks on Apple devices.
  • Efficiently schedule and manage customer appointments for technical support.
  • Educate customers on basic troubleshooting steps and product care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and service requests.
  • Collaborate with Genius Bar technicians to ensure seamless customer handoffs.
  • Adhere to Apple's privacy and data protection guidelines.
