Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their career history, achievements, and future aspirations.
  • Write, edit, and proofread professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to specific job applications and industries.
  • Ensure all documents are ATS-optimized to maximize visibility and impact.
  • Research industry-specific keywords and trends to enhance document effectiveness.
  • Provide constructive feedback and revisions based on client input.
  • Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Stay updated on best practices in resume writing, career development, and recruitment trends.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive professional documents.
  • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and keyword optimization.
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

Preferred Qualifications
