Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Quick Service Clerk to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This full-time position involves routine, ongoing work focused on providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and product locations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas, aisles, and other designated store sections.
- Stock shelves, merchandise products, and ensure proper product rotation.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and tracking stock.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Resolve minor customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
