Job Description
Are you passionate about esthetic services and possess an exceptional eye for detail? BestMark is seeking discerning individuals to join our team as Spa & Salon Mystery Guests in Yonkers, NY. In this unique contract role, you’ll get paid to experience various spa and salon services—from massages and facials to haircuts and manicures—while providing objective and constructive feedback on the entire customer journey. Key Responsibilities
- Register for and accept mystery shopping assignments based on your availability and interest.
- Carefully review and adhere to detailed assignment guidelines, including specific service requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Visit assigned spas or salons as a regular customer, engaging with staff and experiencing services as directed.
- Objectively evaluate various aspects of the visit, including cleanliness, staff professionalism, service quality, product knowledge, and overall atmosphere.
- Complete and submit comprehensive, accurate, and timely online reports detailing your experience and observations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding any questions or issues.
