Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Public Relations (PR) Director to lead our strategic communications efforts in Cardiff. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of media relations, crisis management, brand storytelling, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our public image, managing reputational risks, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives and brand values.

- Manage crisis communications, developing effective strategies to mitigate reputational risks and protect brand integrity.

- Manage PR budgets, agencies, and external partnerships.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in public relations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
- Strong media relations background with established contacts across national and international media.
- Demonstrable experience in crisis communications and issues management.

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
