Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pub Staff to join our vibrant team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our pub crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders efficiently.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to licensing laws.
- Prepare and serve food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Operate the till system, handle cash and card payments accurately, and process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Restock bar and food supplies as needed, ensuring all items are readily available.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic numeracy for handling transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
