Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Music Video Production Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fast-paced set. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our music video shoots, supporting the production crew and artists. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager and Director with on-set logistics and scheduling.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, returns, and track inventory.
- Prepare and organize call sheets, production reports, and other essential documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including managing communications and general office tasks.
- Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies, props, or catering.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized set environment.
- Assist with talent and crew welfare, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Support various departments (camera, lighting, art) with ad-hoc tasks.
- Anticipate needs and act proactively to keep the production moving 'subito' and on schedule.
