Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive SUV Driver to join our team in Albuquerque. This critical role involves providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services for our executives, VIP guests, and high-profile clients in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and an unwavering dedication to client confidentiality and comfort. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of our luxury SUVs, navigating routes efficiently, and ensuring a seamless, first-class experience for every passenger.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport executives and VIPs to and from various locations, including airports, meetings, and events.
- Operate luxury SUVs with a high degree of skill, ensuring passenger comfort and safety in diverse traffic and weather conditions.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, conducting regular inspections, cleaning, and ensuring all maintenance is up-to-date.
- Plan and select optimal routes, accounting for traffic, weather, and client schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and travel details.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing Hilton Hotels & Resorts with distinction.
- Be available for scheduled and on-demand driving assignments, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Skills
- Valid state Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 5 years).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive or luxury transportation.
- Proven ability to drive safely and confidently in all weather conditions (rain, snow, ice, extreme heat/cold).
- Extensive knowledge of Albuquerque and surrounding New Mexico areas, including major routes, traffic patterns, and alternative roads.
- Exceptional defensive driving skills and a strong awareness of road safety.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate GPS and navigation systems proficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chauffeur or commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience serving high-net-worth individuals or corporate executives.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and emergency roadside procedures.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
