Job Description
Accenture is seeking a passionate and driven Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team in Miramar, Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems for anomalies and respond to security incidents.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect systems, networks, and data.
- Analyze security alerts and events to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assist in security audits and compliance efforts.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into system design and operations.
- Document security incidents and resolutions thoroughly.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security operations, incident response, or vulnerability management.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm, Azure Sentinel).
- Knowledge of common attack techniques and remediation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP Associate).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
- Experience in a large enterprise or consulting environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Master's degree in a related field.
