Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and charismatic VIP Lounge Hosts to join our elite team, specializing in high-end events across the Cheshire region. As a VIP Lounge Host, you will be the face of rhubarb, responsible for delivering an unparalleled level of service and creating an exclusive, memorable experience for our esteemed guests. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests to exclusive lounges and event spaces.
- Proactively offer and serve a curated selection of beverages, canapés, and other refreshments.
- Maintain immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the VIP lounge area at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
- Handle all guest interactions with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and charm.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of menu items, beverage lists, and event specifics.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the event management team to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Resolve any guest concerns or issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within luxury hospitality or high-end events.
