Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new sales leads primarily through extensive use of LinkedIn and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for potential business opportunities, excellent communication skills, and the discipline to thrive in a remote work environment. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and supporting the growth of our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive research on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online tools.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to engage potential prospects on LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progress within our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and target account profiles.
  • Assist in the development of compelling messaging and content for LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and pipeline development.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency in using LinkedIn, particularly LinkedIn Sales Navigator, for lead generation.
  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (even entry-level) in lead generation, sales development, or a related sales/marketing role.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
