Job Description
Are you passionate about helping young people navigate the digital world and succeed with technology? HubSpot is looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Online Customer Success Specialist to support 16-year-old teens utilizing our SaaS platform. In this unique role, you will be the primary point of contact for our younger user base, guiding them through product features, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a positive and empowering online experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide online, empathetic, and age-appropriate customer support to 16-year-old users of HubSpot's SaaS platform via chat, email, and virtual meetings.
- Educate teens on product features, best practices, and potential use cases relevant to their projects or interests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, explaining solutions in clear, understandable terms.
- Gather feedback from young users to inform product development and improve the user experience for this demographic.
- Develop and maintain online resources (FAQs, video tutorials) tailored for a teen audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, education) to advocate for the needs of our teen users.
- Monitor user engagement and proactively reach out to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of HubSpot's evolving product suite and relevant industry trends for youth tech engagement.
Required Skills
- Exceptional online communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with teenagers.
- Strong empathy and patience, with a genuine desire to help young users learn and succeed.
- Proficiency in using and explaining SaaS platforms, with a foundational understanding of CRM, marketing, or sales tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- High level of digital literacy and comfort with various online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of customer inquiries.
- Commitment to creating a safe and positive online environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in youth mentorship, education, or working with teen communities (e.g., teaching assistant, camp counselor, volunteer).
