Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration, including ordering supplies, organizing common areas, and coordinating maintenance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal staff, directing inquiries as appropriate.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and mail.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including workstation setup and introductory support.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot minor issues.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
