Job Description

No prior experience is needed – we are looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills to be the welcoming face and efficient support for our office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common office spaces.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with setting up for meetings and events.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
