Are you a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for customer experience and a passion for real estate? Lincoln Property Company is seeking an Apartment Mystery Leaser to join our dynamic team. In this unique role, you will anonymously evaluate the leasing experience at our various apartment communities, providing invaluable feedback to help us enhance our service standards and ensure a world-class experience for prospective residents. No prior real estate license is required; we are looking for individuals with excellent observation skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to objectivity. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the quality and success of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit Lincoln Property Company apartment communities as a prospective resident.
- Engage with leasing staff, posing as a genuine potential renter, and evaluate their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Thoroughly assess the community's curb appeal, common areas, model units, and overall presentation.
- Evaluate the clarity and effectiveness of communication from leasing teams, including follow-up processes.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through structured reports and surveys.
- Identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement in the leasing process and resident experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and protocols established for mystery shopping assignments.
