Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic, proactive individual with a passion for television and film? ITV Studios is looking for a dedicated Runner to join our fast-paced production team in Southampton. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of the entertainment industry, offering invaluable hands-on experience across various production facets. You’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations, providing crucial support to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the production team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with on-set tasks, including fetching props, managing refreshments, and maintaining a tidy set.
- Run errands as required, which may include picking up equipment, scripts, or other materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and post.
- Support production logistics, such as travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for crew and talent.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are well-stocked and organised.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for team members and external partners.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
