Job Description

Dave & Buster’s in Aurora is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused High School Arcade Assistants to join our vibrant team! As an Arcade Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping guests have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with game operations, power cards, and prize redemption.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe arcade environment, including game areas and prize counter.
- Troubleshoot minor game issues and escalate complex problems to technicians.
- Actively engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assist with prize counter operations, including stocking, inventory, and redemption.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for part-time casual work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or guest-facing role (even volunteer experience).
- A genuine passion for arcade games and entertainment.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
