Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Supporting residents with meal times, ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or well-being to senior staff.
- Engaging residents in social activities and promoting independence where possible.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Adhering to all care plans, policies, and procedures.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a care setting.
- First Aid certification.
- Experience with dementia care.
