Job Description
Are you looking for a stable night shift role with excellent pay and comprehensive training? Mitie is seeking dedicated Industrial Cleaners to join our team in Hereford. This is a full-time position offering premium pay for night work, and crucially, full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within an industrial setting, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all. Key Responsibilities
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including machinery cleaning, floor scrubbing, and waste removal.
- Operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (full training provided).
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and standards are consistently met.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order.
Required Skills
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Physical fitness to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or industrial environment (not essential as full training is given).
- Understanding of COSHH regulations (training will be provided).
