Job Description

Join Google’s dynamic team as a Next-Gen Tech, AI & Digital Support specialist. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional technical assistance and problem-solving for our users and internal teams, focusing on emerging technologies, AI-powered solutions, and various digital platforms. You will troubleshoot complex issues, provide insightful guidance, and contribute to the improvement of our support processes and knowledge base. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for Google products and services, with a focus on AI-driven tools and digital solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through various channels (chat, email, video conferencing).
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues, and provide user feedback.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and propose proactive solutions or product improvements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay current with Google's evolving technology stack.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and professional support.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in user-facing products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
  • Previous experience in a technical support role, especially with digital products or AI tools.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation or data analysis.
  • Certifications in relevant Google technologies or industry-standard IT support.
