Toni & Guy is seeking a dedicated Mobile Hairdressing Offsider to join our flexible and client-focused team in St Thomas, Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, support experienced stylists, and be an integral part of delivering exceptional mobile hairdressing services directly to our clients’ homes and chosen locations. You will be responsible for assisting our lead stylists, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance work with other commitments, and provides invaluable hands-on experience in a professional, high-end environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead hairdressers with various tasks including shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobile hairdressing equipment and supplies.
- Prepare styling stations and ensure all necessary tools are available for appointments.
- Manage client bookings and scheduling for mobile appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued.
- Support stylists during chemical services, color applications, and styling sessions.
- Travel to client locations within St Thomas and surrounding Exeter areas with stylists.
- Help manage inventory of professional hair care products and assist with retail sales.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and salon standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a salon or customer service role (even if not hairdressing specific).
- Enrolled in or completed a hairdressing/beauty therapy course.
- Knowledge of Toni & Guy products and services.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
