Job Description
Join the FedEx team in Santa Clarita as an Entry Level Warehouse Worker! We are offering a $500 sign-on bonus for new hires. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently by hand or using material handling equipment.
- Scan and sort packages according to destination and shipping requirements.
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and other warehouse tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform physical tasks continuously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physically demanding role (preferred but not required).
