Job Description
Are you looking for an easy-going, independent role in a vibrant retail environment? Sunglass Hut is seeking a friendly and reliable Mall Kiosk Attendant for a solo position at our New Port Richey location. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently, have a positive attitude, and are eager to provide excellent service without the pressure of a high-volume sales environment. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our mall kiosk, ensuring it’s clean, well-stocked, and welcoming to all shoppers. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll provide all the training you need!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily opening and closing procedures of the kiosk.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the kiosk and merchandise.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to the nearest full-service store if needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Process simple transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all mall visitors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide basic information about promotions or special offers.
